Delivery Conditions
I Weekdays & Weekends deliveries - except holidays – day hours (at the time between 7:00 and 21:00)
- Standard Courier – free; You can choose from 2 time slots:
• 7:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 21:00
- Premium Courier – charge 10 zł; You can choose from 2 h slots:
• 7:00 – 9:00
• 9:00 – 11:00
• 11:00 – 13:00
...
• 19:00 – 21:00
- DeLux Courier – charge 20 zł; You can choose any hour You want (+/- 15 minutes)
On Holy Saturday, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve we execute orders only up to 14:00. After that time we are closed and we do not realize any orders.
II Weekdays & Weekends deliveries - except holidays – night hours (at the time between 21:01 and 6:59)
- Night hours – charge 30 zł; You can choose any hour You want (+/- 15 minutes)
III Holidays deliveries

- Constitution May 3rd (05.03.)
- Corpus Christi (movable feast)
- Assumption of theBlessed Virgin Mary (08.15.)
- All the saints (11.1.)
- An Independence Day (11.11.)
- Christmas (12.25 – 26.)
- Holiday Courier – charge depends on the value of order:
- 50 zł if the value of order is less than 100 zł
- 30 zł if the value of order is between 100 and 299.99 zł
- free of charge if the value of order is equal or bigger than 300 zł
IV Self-collection
- Self-collection – free of charge; Any time You want during working hours after contact.
V Funerals
7. Funeral wreaths & Floral tributes - free of charge; You can choose any hour You want; It's available only for Funeral Florystry.
All above conditions of delivery concerns city of Kraków and district of Kraków. In other cases conditions will be determined individually.
